"I really don’t feel this particular hotel should qualify as a Best Western Plus. It’s definitely not a step up class wise from a regular Best Western. I’ve stayed in some Plus that were quite nice this is not one of them. Very dated! The breakfast had lots of selections but the hot food was not very good (in our opinion). The large parking lot for campers is at either end of the hotel. A little inconvenient but ok. However, call ahead to make sure there is room left for you and your size camper is suggested. "

"The first room we wers assigned had a nonworking TV. We were then assigned another room. This one smelled like cigarette smoke. The desk attendant apologized profusely, and assig ed us to a 3rd room. She then reduced our bill for tge inconvenien ce. "

"Everything went as well as it could have. The bath tub was clogged and the toilet seat wasn’t secure. It’s a little dated but staff were kind and beds were comfortable. No bugs and very quiet. My service dog was welcomed. "

"This is quite possibly the nicest Hampton Inn we have ever been in. It is an absolutely beautiful hotel. Very clean, updated, nice staff, great breakfast, comfortable beds, etc. It is also located in a beautiful setting not far from a very nice winery. And bonus!....the hotel has a wine bar located inside."

"It's still winter! No pool. Only there for the night. It was clean. Staff friendly. It is under renovation. The dining area doesn't have enough seating for full reservations. "

"I called the morning of check in to try to check in a hr to hr in a half early.. I was told no. The gym's equipment was mostly broken The keys had to be re set a few times the door was off the hinges for the bathroom. There was a very sweet person at the desk when we had to get the key re set when we arrived from where we went around 7:30-8 p. we appreciate her very much. "
